  • If you need to access your old records or certificates, please call or email.

  • If you're using our services for the first time:

1. Select a course and study the course material.
2. Register or login. If you're taking a Pennsylvania or Florida course make sure you fill in the information that allows us to report your course completion to your state board.
3. Take the quiz (80% or higher needed to pass).
4. Complete the course evaluation.
5. Pay and print your certificate.
